Candidates should have at least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits. Prior experience using Bonterra's Fundraising & Engagement tools, EveryAction, Salsa, NGP8, VAN, or VoteBuilder is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, a professional phone manner, patience, self-motivation, a demonstrated work ethic, and attention to detail are essential. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required, and familiarity with CRM tools, Bonterra software, or coding languages like HTML/CSS or SQL is advantageous. Previous experience in teaching or training is also a plus. Candidates must be passionate about progressive causes and comfortable working with diverse organizations. Sponsorship is not provided.
