Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • UK national/British citizen/British passport holder/single nationality
  • Resided in the UK for 5 years and over (due to Security clearance requirements)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical requirements
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through evaluation, deployment strategies, and ongoing optimization of Dynatrace solutions
  • Design tailored solutions leveraging the Dynatrace platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across diverse environments
  • Design and propose observability architectures across cloud-native, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
  • Develop complex proposals and cost models aligned with customer goals and DXC’s service offerings
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
  • Create solution documentation including architecture diagrams, ROI analysis, and technical proposals
  • Lead solution presentations to customers, articulating value and technical fit
  • Collaborate with DXC sales teams and delivery teams to design customer-centric and profitable solutions
  • Work with DXC account & service teams to integrate Dynatrace into opportunities such as managed services
  • Stay up to date with Dynatrace capabilities, industry trends, and competitor offerings
  • Provide feedback to delivery teams on customer needs, product gaps, and enhancement opportunities
  • Act as a technical mentor to junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Liaise with Dynatrace to maintain technical alignment and share insights
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Lead RFP/RFI responses and contribute to technical content creation
  • Represent DXC and Dynatrace at industry events, webinars, and conferences
  • Deliver keynote presentations and lead demo booth activities to showcase solution capabilities
