Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and have over 2 years of experience in leading, guiding, and improving dealership fixed operations. Proficiency in dealership service and parts operations, including automotive parts and service systems, dealer operating reports, fixed analysis tools, and dealership profit department structures, is required. Strong consultative selling skills, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to travel 100% of the time are also necessary. The candidate must live within a 50-mile radius of Burlington, VT, or Plattsburgh, NY.
The District Manager Parts & Service will act as a business consultant to dealership leadership, serving as a liaison for Sales and Service Agreements. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, achieving KPIs, executing marketing initiatives, customer retention, financial analysis, and training. The role involves preparing for and conducting standardized dealer contact processes, analyzing marketing and merchandising plans, creating and executing annual business plans, and resolving aftersales customer needs, including managing various case types and requests.
