A minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar financial roles with strong financial modeling capabilities is required. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of SaaS and management consulting experience, demonstrated competency in implementing business processes and systems, experience leading teams, solid project management skills, an understanding of foundational accounting and finance principles, and robust analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include acting as the financial modeling lead for new acquisitions, managing financial diligence, and creating deal models.
