Requirements

  • Minimum of ten years of demonstrated experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders and executives
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or digital media is highly desirable; familiarity with GenAI landscape is a strong plus
  • Exceptional program management skills and ability to orchestrate across multiple workstreams with precision; strong operational execution skills
  • Critical thinking skills to demonstrate progress and impact
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments, with a bias for action and problem solving
  • Deep experience in stakeholder management and influencing across all levels of an organization; ability to design, implement, and lead change management initiatives
  • Ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Strong facilitation and meeting design skills—able to drive alignment and decisions in complex settings
  • Integrity, good judgment, and a sense of urgency in driving outcomes
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience with financial planning and marketing budgets, with the ability to partner effectively with Finance, Operations, Performance Marketing teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and operator to the VP of Product Marketing, helping to define priorities, shape strategy, and ensure effective decision-making
  • Lead critical initiatives that accelerate business priorities for Creators & GenAI, from cross-functional programs to new market opportunities
  • Drive operational excellence: streamline processes, manage organizational rhythms, and improve execution across planning, communications, and reporting
  • Be the connective tissue across teams—partnering with Product, Marketing, GTM, and cross-functional stakeholders to align goals, resolve challenges, and keep teams moving forward
  • Own executive communications: prepare materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive-level updates
  • Enable organizational efficiency: design and lead team offsites, leadership forums, and other engagements that foster clarity, alignment, and culture
  • Partner effectively with Finance, Operations, Performance Marketing teams to track investments, optimize spend, and inform in-quarter and long-term planning decisions
  • Act as a multiplier for leadership capacity by anticipating needs, surfacing opportunities, and ensuring follow-through on critical priorities
