Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7-12 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional healthcare executive with experience in a startup environment
  • Ability to source and initiate relationships with enterprise provider prospects, large integrated medical groups, community hospitals, and large health systems
  • Ability to concisely communicate with upper C-Level stakeholders
  • Familiarity, passion, and willingness to engage deeply with value-based care programs (e.g., ACO REACH, MSSP)
  • Aptitude for relationship building and creating exceptional experiences for providers
  • Willingness to travel to assigned geographies for live prospecting
  • Proficiency with database, CRM, or other software to track opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and execute targeting methodology, prospect funnel, and relationships with key targets (especially large physician and hospital groups) to achieve key performance indicators
  • Articulate vision of enterprise product offering to primary care and multispecialty physician medical groups, community hospitals, ACOs, CINs, IPAs/MSOs, and health systems, in partnership with product, tech, client success, growth team, data science, and marketing
  • Facilitate and contribute to a feedback loop around enterprise targets based on prospect reactions, synthesized insights, and critical data points
  • Serve as steward of sales process for large enterprise groups (greater than 2k lives), ensuring timely delivery of key actions, deliverables, and analysis to achieve sales objectives
  • Design and improve communication modules, outreach mechanisms, and rewards to further engagement with provider partners
  • Identify local and market-specific insights
  • Attend networking events, community events, and conferences to generate awareness and sales leads with positive ROI
  • Grow and expand provider network by converting qualified opportunities into Participating Providers in ACO REACH, MSSP, and other Pearl offerings
  • Develop relationships with organizations managing large Primary Care Providers, educating leadership on value-based care, CMS-sponsored models, and Pearl's role in revenue stabilization and value creation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on pricing proposals, deal terms, contract negotiations, and successful implementation of critical projects
  • Exceed baseline performance metrics in collaboration with Technology and Operations teams, while understanding target dynamics and staying informed on healthcare industry trends
