Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in the software/SaaS industry with pre-sales management experience and a passion for building and supporting diverse teams, along with experience partnering with enterprise sales teams within the B2B software industry. A data-driven mindset for setting up and measuring team staffing and other key delivery metrics, familiarity with sales methodologies such as Value Selling or the Challenger Sale, and experience are also required.

Responsibilities

As the Director, Sales Engineering, you will lead the technical Go To Market (GTM) strategy for Named Accounts, grow the Sales Engineering organization through recruiting and mentorship, partner with Sales leaders to support the sales of WalkMe, scale the team through value-based demos, create feedback loops between customers and the product team, establish goals and operational objectives for the EMEA SE management and their team members, and review the success of the EMEA Sales Engineering function quarterly.
