The Director, Sales will build relationships with C-level executives at hospitals and health systems to address strategic and operational challenges and present solutions. They will drive business development and sales strategy to meet sales targets, conduct consultative presentations, and lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity creation to closing. This includes prospecting, discovery, solution development, navigating procurement, and closing deals. The role also involves providing insights from visits to inform research and product development, engaging with customers at industry events, and collaborating with internal teams like product, marketing, finance, and legal to achieve sales outcomes and support forecasting.
