Requirements

Experience shaping and executing enterprise technology strategy, including selection and implementation of AI tool stacks
Ability to partner across business functions to manage enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, and Intacct, including integrations and processes
Expertise in streamlining quote-to-cash, contracting, and billing processes for complex enterprise client contracts using Salesforce ecosystem, integrations, automations, and custom business logic
Knowledge of improving tools like Salesforce and Zendesk with AI and automations for client onboarding, implementation, customer health monitoring, renewals, etc
Experience automating accounting and reconciliation processes using data sources like Salesforce, Intacct, Snowflake, Egnyte
Strategic leadership skills to define roadmaps, visions, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business priorities
Capability to drive systems architecture, execution, security, compliance, and scalability
Expertise in developing AI tooling strategy, evaluating AI solutions for workflow automation, data insights, productivity
Ability to collaborate with VP of Data Engineering on AI stack including data platform, vector store, LLM access, prompt frameworks, governance, monitoring, security, knowledge management, interfaces
Awareness of industry trends in AI and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

Partner with executives and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into strategic enterprise systems roadmap
Define and communicate a clear vision for business systems aligned with company priorities, metrics, and scaling
Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate system performance, adoption, and impact, informing prioritization
Radically streamline quote-to-cash, contracting, and billing processes by enhancing Salesforce, integrations, automations, and custom logic
Improve client and customer service tools (Salesforce, Zendesk) with integrations, AI, automations for onboarding, implementation, health monitoring, renewals
Support money movement by partnering with Finance/Accounting to automate reconciliation using Salesforce, Intacct, Snowflake, Egnyte, etc
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, Finance to identify/implement systems needs and process improvements
Drive selection, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems/applications
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability across business systems
Develop enterprise AI tooling strategy to maximize value, minimize sprawl
Evaluate and implement AI solutions for process streamlining, data insights, productivity
Partner with VP of Data Engineering to implement core AI tooling stack (workflow automation, data platform, vector store, LLM, etc.)
Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and emerging technologies
