Candidates should have at least 8 years of progressive revenue operations experience in a B2B SaaS organization, with previous experience in front-line Sales or Customer Success and/or healthcare and life sciences experience being a plus. Proven success in supporting annual commercial planning, territory and quota design, compensation planning, and forecasting is required. Exposure to best practice workflows in GTM Tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and the application of AI to GTM roles is also necessary. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, outcome-driven, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to navigate ambiguity, distill complexity, and influence stakeholders from individual contributors to executives. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a customer-first mindset are essential.
The Director of Revenue Operations will provide strategic direction and execution for critical commercial operations activities, partnering with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure informed decision-making, efficient operations, and target achievement. This role involves owning and optimizing core revenue processes such as forecasting, pipeline management, territory design, and deal governance, while driving innovation and scalability across the go-to-market organization. Key responsibilities include leading annual commercial planning, evolving the forecasting process, leveraging analytics to improve commercial processes and implement best practices, overseeing commercial terms, ensuring compliance with pricing and discounting policies, and managing escalated deal reviews. The Director will also improve commercial workflow outcomes by implementing AI-driven technologies, designing dashboards and reporting frameworks, and collaborating with Commercial Operations teammates to implement new processes, tools, and methodologies. Additionally, the role requires aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around shared metrics and processes to ensure a seamless customer journey.
