Candidates should have 8+ years of product marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic individual contributor role. Proven experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools companies, preferably with Product Led Growth models, is required. Experience building and scaling product marketing teams or driving the function strategically is necessary, along with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and cross-functional project management.
The Director of Product Marketing will develop and execute the overall product marketing vision, owning end-to-end product launch strategy and execution. Responsibilities include crafting compelling messaging and positioning, leading competitive intelligence and market analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align priorities and optimize demand generation. The role also involves driving improvements in customer acquisition, product adoption, retention, and expansion revenue, establishing market positioning through content and partnerships, and establishing frameworks for measuring product marketing effectiveness.
