Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for product development and commercialization
  • Oversee the production of flowcells and instruments
  • Manage the supply chain and logistics, including sourcing, inventory, and distribution of materials and products; architect complex supply chains with multiple partners
  • Ensure operations comply with FDA, GMP, ISO, and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Control operational budgets and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, QA/QC, and commercial teams, to drive results
  • Implement and optimize systems for quality assurance and control
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Build and manage teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
  • Report on operational performance metrics to senior management and adjust tactics as needed
  • Lead teams through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and scaling with clarity and confidence
