Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of customer success or sales engineering experience, with a preference for managing technical teams, and experience recruiting and managing customer success teams, particularly within cybersecurity companies of Semgrep’s size. They should have a proven track record of achieving world-class NDR and GDR rates, and the ability to work effectively with product, engineering, and sales organizations to help customers achieve their business outcomes.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Technical Success, you will lead a team of Technical Success Managers and deployment specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence through hiring, mentoring, and team development. You will establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify and achieve mutual objectives, design and implement technical strategies aligning with customer rollouts of Semgrep, develop and scale processes and systems to exceed adoption, retention, and growth objectives, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback informs product enhancements. Additionally, you will monitor key performance metrics such as NDR, GDR, and expansion ARR objectives.
