Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will build credibility and trust with enterprise customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform for AI-driven business transformation. They will act as a technical and business leader, designing and communicating high-level architectures and strategies aligned with customer initiatives like IT transformation and Agentic AI. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, creating customer deliverables such as roadmaps and operating models, engaging in strategic communication with customer architects, and representing ServiceNow in industry forums.
