Requirements

A current location in the Midwest with flexibility to travel across the region is required, along with a history of achieving sales targets and 7+ years of demonstrated sales success.

Responsibilities

The Solution Sales Executive will drive net new opportunity and growth of Customer Workflows within the Midwest State & Local Government territory, supporting territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement and account use case targeting. They will provide input and domain expertise to the Core Regional Sales Leader and AE team during account planning, and support customers in envisioning digital transformation value by partnering with the account team, customers, and partners. Responsibilities also include interlocking with core Solutions Consulting on Capability Roadmaps, coaching core AEs, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify and drive net new opportunities, and managing the sales cycle. The role involves customizing time allocation to territory and account team needs and championing diversity and belonging.
