Candidates should have 5+ years of experience building and managing successful Enterprise sales teams in the software industry, a proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies for DoD agencies, including knowledge of DoD procurement processes and regulations (including contracting vehicles), outstanding leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of SaaS/Cloud Go-To-Market strategies.
As the Regional Vice President - DoD, you will spearhead a team of 7 enterprise sales executives, drive growth and success in the DoD sector, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales goals, coach and motivate your team, collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences, leverage key customer relationships in the DoD, engage with C-level executives, implement and refine sales processes, and represent the voice of DoD clients and prospects.
