Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role, along with strong proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. They should also have experience setting up and optimizing CRM workflows, lead scoring, product management, and contract automation, demonstrated experience in building reports and dashboards with strong analytical skills, and an understanding of B2B sales processes, lead lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.
The Director of Sales Operations will work with business stakeholders across portfolio companies to understand their problems and implement solutions that drive revenue, collaborate with Growth, Engineering, and Data Science teams to align efforts and deliver streamlined solutions, provide solutions related to streamlining, merging, and creation of CRM tools, improve visibility and reporting of customer and lead data, oversee CRM integration with add on acquisitions, optimize CRM and other sales/marketing tools, implement and manage lead scoring models, lead routing, and automation rules, create and maintain dashboards and reports, analyze revenue data to provide insights, support forecasting and budgeting efforts, identify inefficiencies in current revenue operations processes and implement scalable solutions, develop and enforce best practices around data hygiene, pipeline management, and reporting accuracy, and collaborate with sales leaders to optimize sales processes and enhance rep productivity.
