Requirements

  • Living in Toronto (GTA) and able to commute to Downtown Toronto office 3x a week
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally both high velocity and enterprise selling success
  • 5 years of people leadership experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year managing managers
  • Successfully driven net-new business growth across North America through proactive, outbound sales strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a prospecting, lead generation, and communication tool
  • Expertise using SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Clay, Nooks
  • Experience embracing AI to drive efficiencies in the sales process and scaling sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead BDR and AE teams: set the bar, keep motivation high, coach them to be their best, and ensure clarity on goals and expectations
  • Own key metrics (response times, conversion rates, pipeline impact, quota achievement) and ensure the team tracks to and beats them; spot issues quickly and correct them
  • Build clean, efficient, repeatable processes for 50% YoY growth, using tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, Salesloft, Clay, Nooks for smooth, transparent operations
  • Lead with curiosity: experiment with messaging, cadences, and workflows; collaborate with marketing to test, learn, and optimize
  • Drive sales enablement: design tailored onboarding for inbound sales, coach on real call scenarios, run regular training sessions to sharpen skills for enterprise sales
  • Refine qualification criteria for complex buying groups, coach reps on multi-threading and enterprise messaging
  • Align with marketing and sales leadership to prioritize and route high-value accounts effectively
  • Team up with marketing to equip reps with right content at the right time and use frontline insights to improve tools and training
