Requirements

The Vice President of Marketing should possess a strong leadership background, ideally with 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a healthcare or wellness organization. Demonstrated experience in driving growth, particularly within a subscription-based or membership model, is essential. A deep understanding of marketing analytics, customer lifetime value (LTV), and customer acquisition cost (CAC) is required, along with expertise in digital marketing channels including email, SMS, and digital media. Experience with B2B marketing and strategic partnerships is also desired.

Responsibilities

As the VP of Marketing, you will lead and grow the marketing team, overseeing both member and B2B marketing strategies to drive reach, engagement, and impact. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated, data-driven campaigns leveraging member data across various channels, including email, SMS, and digital media. Additionally, you will oversee the development of a B2B marketing function, build brand visibility, and support client acquisition efforts. You will also lead the team in optimizing member LTV and minimizing CAC, while expanding Foodsmart’s reach to eligible members.
