Deep Salesforce expertise is required, with a Salesforce Admin certification preferred and a Developer certification being a plus. Experience managing compensation plans, territory design, and complex workflows is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy are necessary, and SQL proficiency is a plus. A collaborative approach to build credibility across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teams is important, as is experience mentoring or managing team members. A background in logistics, supply chain, marketplace, or tech companies, as well as prior sales experience, are considered bonus points.
The Director of Revenue Operations will lead the revenue tech stack, focusing on Salesforce configuration to support go-to-market strategy and territory planning. They will build scalable, data-driven workflows to optimize the revenue lifecycle from lead management to customer renewal. This role involves owning the design and execution of scalable compensation audit processes, delivering actionable insights through performance analytics dashboards and reports, and partnering with sales and marketing leadership to enhance enablement, communication, and training. Additionally, the Director will build trust with stakeholders by providing accurate data, mentor the Growth Ops Associate, and collaborate with finance, product, marketing, and leadership to align on business goals and key metrics.
