The Director of Operational Excellence will partner with executive leadership to set and execute a vision for operational excellence. They will maximize operational efficiency through analysis-informed strategy to drive profitability and unlock value for re-investment and pricing strategy. This role involves leading teams to create an operations environment that supports high performance by increasing service efficiency and client satisfaction through reviewing portfolio metrics and team processes to drive process improvement changes. The Director will also partner with S/VP to drive multiple projects simultaneously, acting as a consultant from idea through implementation, and communicating progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other key project metrics to Service Delivery leaders and team members.
