Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or program management within a tech or healthtech company is required. Experience in strategic deal-making, including structuring deals and driving negotiations, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives Lead will own the company-wide OKR process and planning rhythms, including goal-setting, alignment, and reviews. They will lead 2-3 concurrent CEO-sponsored initiatives, such as market expansion and partnerships, and act as a fixer to identify and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks. This role involves enabling cross-functional alignment by partnering with functional leaders, building simple and scalable systems for strategy operationalization, and supporting strategic deal-making. Additionally, the lead will communicate effectively with influence, crafting narratives to drive alignment and action across the organization.
