Responsibilities

The Director of International Growth will own and execute the global growth strategy end-to-end, driving P&L accountability for global markets and delivering aggressive growth targets. This role involves prioritizing markets based on TAM, strategic fit, and monetization potential, aligning on user profiles and international business goals, and developing multi-year growth plans. Responsibilities include identifying international growth levers, developing requirements, and prioritizing them cross-functionally across GTMs, product roadmaps, and monetization strategies. The Director will also influence LTV, ROI, and performance metrics, define and lead localization and content strategies by region, and ensure the international growth strategy is visible and integrated company-wide.
