Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels, including Meta, YouTube, SEO, Direct Mail, and mobile
  • Build and scale unified, integrated marketing programs that fuel sustainable top-of-funnel growth
  • Optimize key metrics like CAC, payback period, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Build a culture of rapid experimentation across web and campaign surfaces
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate execution, improve performance, and scale intelligently
  • Lead and grow a cross-functional growth team spanning digital media, offline, content, Web/CRO, and SEO/GEO
  • Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture
  • Work closely across GTM teams, including Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Product Growth, and Sales, to optimize paid product adoption within the customer's first 60 days
