Position Overview

Blockstream is seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions to join its growing enterprise solutions team. This is a production-focused role with revenue targets, designed for an individual who can bridge the worlds of Bitcoin-native infrastructure and traditional financial services. The role involves coordinating enterprise go-to-market efforts, leading customer engagements, and driving the adoption of Blockstream's products across institutions. This position reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Products.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against enterprise-level production targets tied to product sales and partnerships.
  • Onboard, mentor, and coordinate a team of account executives/BDRs, helping them navigate the complex intersection of digital assets and traditional finance.
  • Take the lead in high-impact meetings initiated by account executives with institutional clients across banking, asset management, and fintech.
  • Establish and cultivate executive and board-level relationships with decision-makers at traditional financial institutions.
  • Represent Blockstream at industry events where you have cultivated relationships in traditional finance throughout your career.
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment across the enterprise unit on shared objectives and educate colleagues on the relevant tradfi players in the bitcoin economy.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in a managing director or director-level role, preferably within enterprise sales, innovation, strategic partnerships, product strategy, or business development within fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding production targets in complex, consultative selling environments.
  • Deep understanding of both traditional finance (capital markets, banking infrastructure) and Bitcoin/blockchain technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to lead teams and coordinate efforts across departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels.
