Our VAAS (Verification as a Service) product supports any FinTech, credit union, bank, or government agency seeking to enhance and streamline their customer verification processes. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us grow the next generation of our product and expand our footprint in the industry.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products, a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex financial problems.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision:
    • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Product Development:
    • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
    • Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus:
    • Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.
    • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
    • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
    • Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features.
  • Innovation and Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends, industry regulations, compliance requirements, emerging fraud solution technologies, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the product and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the Fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching Fintech products.
  • Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related Fintech areas.
