Requirements

The VP, Clinical Operations (US) requires 12+ years of experience working in clinical trials, implementing projects rather than just managing them, and experience beyond working solely in a large CRO. As the VP, Clinical Operations (US), the candidate will oversee the US Clinical Operations team, ensuring successful trial delivery including adherence to timelines, budgets, compliance, and quality. They will create and maintain optimal working practices, SOPs, systems, and tools, and proactively solve issues. The role involves directing the activities of assigned staff, implementing resource strategies, developing contingency plans, and reporting on project goals. Furthermore, the candidate will lead hiring and expansion of the US ClinOps team, including the launch of a new program, and deliver team training.
