Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity. Strong business acumen, advanced knowledge of SaaS sales (preferably cybersecurity), and solid analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in improving team operations, managing metrics for productivity, collaborating cross-functionally, and demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence peers and leaders are also necessary. Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in fast-paced environments is essential.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Commercial Sales is responsible for growing the client list and expanding client revenue by setting the team's strategic direction, managing operations, and ensuring quota achievement. They will develop and implement the Commercial sales team's annual objectives and roadmap, lead key initiatives to achieve pipeline generation and revenue goals, and build strong cross-functional relationships. Responsibilities also include defining and adjusting team roles, driving the improvement of team practices and processes, monitoring team KPIs, and guiding the team through change. Additionally, they will set clear expectations, provide direction and feedback to team members to drive performance and career growth, and identify and develop potential.
