Responsibilities

The Director, Global Remote Operations will develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes to advance a remote-first culture and AI-enabled operations, ensuring alignment with Cribl's productivity and collaboration goals. This role involves designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to build digital dexterity across the organization, equipping teams with the skills to effectively use AI tools and collaborate in a distributed, remote-first environment. The Director will also lead cross-functional change management initiatives to drive successful adoption of remote work technologies and AI-enabled tools, partnering with People, IT, and Enterprise Applications. Additionally, they will continuously assess and pilot new AI, automation, and collaboration tools to drive growth and efficiency for a distributed workforce, and track metrics on remote work and AI adoption to optimize workflows.
