Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related analytical discipline, and have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, workforce management, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization, are required. Experience with workforce management (WFM) platforms like Assembled, TalkDesk, or Zendesk is preferred, as well as experience with SQL and other data query languages. Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Analyst, Operations Workforce will conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends and root causes, develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance, leverage WFM platforms to ensure data integrity and inform operational strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasting and scheduling, provide analytical support for workforce planning activities, drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and self-service tools, ensure data accuracy through analysis and audits, and partner with leadership to assess staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
