Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in global project and/or program management with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects and initiatives. They must be able to partner with leaders to define business objectives, understand strategies, and collaborate on location strategy decisions.

Responsibilities

This role leads and drives decisions related to location strategy, including expansions, new markets, M&A, and exits, by partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. The Director participates in workforce planning, facilitates alignment sessions with regional leaders, and acts as a liaison among business units to coordinate initiatives and resolve location-related challenges. They design and track location health scorecards, oversee the end-to-end process for new location requests, and direct the planning and execution of location expansion or exit initiatives. The role also drives program improvements for Regional Leadership Councils, proactively identifies opportunities for collaboration, owns and maintains global hiring guidelines for all locations, and manages a project manager.
