Responsibilities

Lead a technology roadmap to optimize a connected SaaS systems architecture, integrations, and workflows
Drive the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap
Serve as a bridge between business units, IT Applications, IT Project Management, Data & Analytics, and Security teams
Architect enterprise automation, minimize duplication across systems, and guide creation of scalable and secure end-to-end solutions
Standardize across a unified iPaas solution
Design and implement scalable SaaS integrations
Incorporate AI-driven capabilities into the ecosystem
Ensure data integrity and security
Build and lead a team to collaborate with cross-functional business department stakeholders
Provide technical vision to lead the design and governance of APIs, web services, middleware, and AI frameworks
Collaborate with Architects and cross-functional business teams to compile a prioritized Integrations Roadmap
Architect practical solutions via microservices, event-driven systems, containerization, API-first designs, and AI-enabled platforms
Hire and build a team to meet the company’s growth strategy
Lead or participate in technical design sessions and create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Collaborate with fellow IT teams, including Application Admins and Developers, IT Project Management, and IT Support & Solutions as well as Security and Data & Analytics teams
Collaborate with vendors to harness ROI and drive adoption of software investments
Establish and enforce integration development standards
Implement frameworks and integration strategy to manage AI tools
