Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Piloter la stratégie commerciale Grands Comptes en France, en lien étroit avec la direction générale et commerciale
  • Superviser et animer une équipe de responsables de comptes stratégiques
  • Exploiter pleinement Salesforce pour piloter la performance commerciale, le suivi des opportunités et la prévision des ventes
  • Déployer des outils d’intelligence commerciale, tels que Gong, pour améliorer la qualité des interactions clients et l’efficacité des cycles de vente
  • Mettre en œuvre des méthodologies de vente structurées (ex. MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) pour renforcer la productivité et la montée en compétence des équipes
  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, produit, data et service client pour garantir une approche client intégrée
  • Garantir le développement des ventes et renforcer la performance commerciale en ligne avec la stratégie de LexisNexis
