Head of Finance

The Head of Finance will own Parsley's financial models and manage all budget and forecasting processes, defining frameworks for capital and resource allocation decisions. This role involves partnering with business leaders to manage budgets, provide modeling, and offer decision support, as well as analyzing macro trends and business drivers. Responsibilities include overseeing all expenses, collaborating on financial analyses for strategic initiatives, pricing, and performance measurement, and communicating financial results to leadership. The Head of Finance will also prepare executive and board presentations and drive financial education and performance across the organization.
