Responsibilities

Oversee and fully manage assigned portfolio of clients (book of business), with mentoring and oversight provided
Evaluate and administer customers’ unique digital marketing needs
Communicate via verbal and written correspondence to customers and act as main point of contact (POC) for digital marketing
Identify customer goals and develop digital marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes
Report on the impact of digital marketing efforts to customers, strategize next steps, and execute agreed-upon strategies
Coordinate with Associate Digital Marketing Consultants (ADMCs) and direct all phases of work
Provide proactive mentorship and coaching to ADMCs and other department members
Contribute to and/or lead projects that elevate product offerings and improve department culture, as directed by the Associate Director
Build department culture focused on high execution, innovation, enjoyment, and doing good
Provide digital marketing services including SEO (On-site, Local, Video, Citations, etc.), Paid Advertising (Search, Social, Display, Video), Conversion Rate Optimization (page speed, lead gen, A/B testing, etc.), Email Marketing, and Reputation Management
Develop customer relationships and understand their unique digital marketing needs and goals
Analyze digital marketing data and formulate strategies in conjunction with ADMCs
Coordinate with ADMCs and internal stakeholders to execute digital marketing strategies, ensuring proper scope, quality standards, and communication
