  • Spend ~60% of time developing your team – growing skillsets, managing performance, and raising the UX quality bar
  • Champion quality and growth: embed critique culture, QA standards, and operational UX excellence across squads
  • Drive scalable, cost-efficient systems
  • Collaborate across disciplines (Research, Data, Product, and Engineering)
  • Embed Growth Design practices – prioritize experiments, optimisation, and measurable improvements
  • Evolve design operations – shape planning rituals and workflows
  • Hire, lead, and develop a team of 2-5 product designers
