10+ years of experience in product design
5+ years of experience managing and scaling teams larger than 5 ICs
Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and consumer-focused digital experiences

Responsibilities

Drive long-term design strategy

Partner with brand, product, engineering, and clinical teams
