Requirements

5-8 years of experience in product design
Portfolio that emphasizes strategic process (JTBD, complex user flows, annotated wireframes, case studies on problem definition)
Based in the United States
Deep understanding of North American user behavior and market expectations
Proven mastery of wireframing and creating clear, functional, and well-documented UX deliverables
Deep understanding of UX fundamentals (information architecture, interaction design, "Jobs to be Done" methodology)
Experience packaging and handing off work to other designers or remote development teams
Strong facilitation skills
Exceptional communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Lead the foundational UX and discovery process for new products and features
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to facilitate workshops and define scope
Develop core UX artifacts (Jobs to be Done, user flows, journey maps, sitemaps, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes)
Package and document work into a complete "design blueprint"
Hand off projects to global product design teams and ensure a smooth transition to execution
Act as a strategic guide for execution teams, answering questions and ensuring alignment with foundational UX strategy
