Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in product and/or brand design, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS companies. A strong portfolio showcasing clarity, craft, and usability across product and marketing experiences is essential. Experience mentoring or managing designers, even informally, is required, along with a growth-oriented mindset and comfort in toggling between strategic leadership and tactical execution. Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly in remote, async-friendly environments, are necessary. Familiarity with data-rich or workflow-centric tools, especially in PLG, RevOps, or GTM contexts, is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Head of Design will own and execute key design work across product and brand, focusing on areas like UX patterns, dashboards, onboarding, and storytelling. They will lead by example, setting high standards for craft, speed, and clarity, and modeling best practices in design thinking and prototyping. Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring designers, shaping a design culture, and ensuring a deep understanding of users across the company. The role involves bridging product and brand by maintaining a consistent design language across all company assets, evolving the design system, and advocating for the user through research and data. Close collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams is crucial for shaping strategy and delivering impactful work.
