Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of professional product design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and design leadership. Experience establishing design processes or standards in growing organizations and familiarity with leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies in design are required. Advanced experience in user research methodologies, strategic research planning, and scaling design operations, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership, is essential. Responsibilities

The Lead Product Designer will drive major design initiatives that shape product direction and user experience, leading cross-functional teams through complex design challenges. Responsibilities include leading and scaling the design system, partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to integrate design thinking into organizational strategy, and planning/executing strategic user research. The role also involves mentoring and developing designers, leading design critiques, and facilitating cross-functional ideation sessions to create solutions at the intersection of design, business objectives, and technology.
