Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Design will lead and grow the design team, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to shape the vision, quality, and impact of design across the Phantom product ecosystem. Key responsibilities include leading career growth and mentorship for the design team, fostering creative excellence, and championing strong design principles. The role involves providing strategic design leadership, managing and scaling the design team, championing design excellence, accessibility, and simplicity, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to define user journeys and improve the user experience. Additionally, the Director will elevate design systems and operational processes, foster a culture of user-centered thinking and collaboration, and represent design in company-wide initiatives and executive reviews.
