Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally with agency experience. They should possess strong digital marketing expertise, including hands-on PPC execution and a strategic understanding of SEO. Furthermore, candidates should be AI literate and comfortable leveraging marketing technology tools to scale efforts.

Responsibilities

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for owning and translating the GTM strategy into actionable demand generation plans, planning and launching marketing programs across inbound, partnerships, and outbound channels, including SEO and PPC. You will also build and nurture relationships with technology partners, agencies, and consultancies, leveraging AI tools and no-code platforms for marketing efficiency and scaling, overseeing program implementation, managing external partners, and refining activities based on data. Additionally, you will directly run, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns, and collaborate across sales, partnerships, and service delivery teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
