Our Inbound Sales Development Representatives (Inside Sales Representative) will partner with our Channel Partners and Marketing teams to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies. This role plays an integral part in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through handling already qualified leads.
The Inbound SDR is responsible for the intake and maintenance of inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat to schedule appointments for the Account Executive team. During these interactions, you gather and share relevant, high-level information that sets Tekmetric up for success.
