  • Strong understanding of legal and commercial risk, with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately (ideal)
  • Ability to construct and model complex deal structures, balancing customer needs with company profitability and compliance (ideal)
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and processes (ideal)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Financial Analyst role
  • Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment preferred
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring and reviewing commercial deals to ensure alignment with company policies and margin targets
  • Support the quoting process and help maintain pricing tools and templates
  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal to facilitate contract execution and resolve deal-related issues
  • Maintain documentation of deal desk processes, approvals, and exceptions
  • Monitor deal desk workflows in Salesforce and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Track and report on deal metrics, approval timelines, and compliance with pricing policies
  • Conduct pricing analysis to support strategic pricing decisions and competitive positioning
  • Maintain and update pricing models, rate cards, and discounting guidelines
  • Assist in preparing materials for Pricing Committee reviews and recommendations
  • Analyze historical deal data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
  • Support scenario modeling and financial impact assessments for proposed pricing strategies
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure pricing and deal structures align with business goals
  • Collaborate with Legal teams on terms enablement, Group Service Agreement drafts, and special term compliance
  • Partner with the Salesforce team to implement and test workflow enhancements
  • Provide data and insights to support contract negotiations with OEMs, dealer groups, and dealerships
