Requirements

  • Ability to lead projects technically in data collection, analysis, and personalization environments for Customer Experience Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects for building and optimizing data collection, utilization, and personalization environments for Adobe's Customer Experience Management
  • Act as an Adobe Experience Cloud solution expert to drive improvements through implementation and utilization of behavioral data collection/analysis platforms and personalization platforms in web/app environments
  • Organize web/app content delivery environments, operational status, and analysis requirements for each client, and lead technical design and implementation of sustainable data collection and analysis platforms
  • Organize requirements for customer experiences each client aims to provide to end users, and lead technical design and implementation of personalization platforms
  • Provide technical support for marketing activities to ensure continuous maximum utilization of Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • Design and implement integrations with other Adobe Experience Cloud functions/services and third-party products as required, centered on key solutions like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Experience Platform
