Responsibilities

Building key relationships with stakeholders in the Automotive industry and its ecosystem, particularly regarding user experience design
Responding to RFI’s / RFQ’s in collaboration with sales and UX/UI teams
Establishing trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
Crafting the User Experience Automotive value proposition
Driving “UX/UI Thought Leadership” through blog content, conference talks, and whitepapers
Acting as an evangelist of User Experience in Automotive towards clients, partners, press, and analysts
Attending workshops and conferences to stay updated on UX/UI trends
Supporting the go-to-market initiative and strategic planning for sustainable growth within the User Experience practice for Japan
Managing the further development of the UX/UI Design portfolio according to client needs
Driving R&D work, demos, and events in close cooperation with other offerings (Digital Cockpit, Autonomous Driving, Connected Mobility)
Meeting with technology partners and startups to establish strategic partnerships worldwide
Ensuring the UX/UI offering for Japan is up-to-date and aligned with the long-term roadmap
