Requirements

7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing polished, impactful user experiences for web or mobile SaaS products
Mastery of design tools (Figma, Figjam, pencil-and-paper, etc.) and the ability to choose the right tool for the task
Curious and proactive in addressing customer pain points, finding innovative solutions

Responsibilities

Drive high-impact design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovative solutions across all touchpoints
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and align on long-term vision and short-term goals
Define and drive the UX strategy for your product area, breaking down complex challenges into scalable, thoughtful solutions that align with business and customer needs
Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing
Champion customer-centric design thinking and advocate for exceptional UX throughout the product development lifecycle
