Requirements

8+ years of experience in UX/UI design
Proven track record of end-to-end product design
Robust portfolio demonstrating UX/UI principles, systems thinking, and impactful product work
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows
Proven experience in conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions
Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design software
Exceptional attention to detail, understanding of branding, typography, color, usability, and responsive design frameworks
Excellent skills in concept development, collaboration, research, problem-solving, and presentations
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
