Requirements

  • 2+ years in a creative leadership role within a product organization
  • Successful frameworks and methodologies implemented to improve team performance and output quality
  • Strong problem-solving abilities rooted in user-centered design principles
  • Ability to provide strategic content direction and mentor copywriters
  • Experience with eCommerce content, including persuasive product messaging and intuitive interface copy
  • Deep expertise across digital product suite (website, service purchase flow, customer account management platform, and mobile applications)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of UX/UI designers and a copywriter/content strategist
  • Establish and maintain standards for design and copy creative outputs
  • Empower the team to produce solutions that meet requirements and anticipate needs
  • Ideate on the fly and coach the team to craft solutions that achieve business outcomes
  • Partner with the Senior Sales + Data Analyst to direct creative solutions that achieve specific sales objectives
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to evolve processes that balance creative needs with business timelines
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure design solutions exceed expectations
  • Champion the creative team's needs with leadership while ensuring the team understands business requirements
  • Navigate complexity with agility in a fast-paced environment
