Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop your team, focusing on nurturing talent, establishing creative standards, and driving creative working sessions with both your creative team and the broader eCommerce organization
  • Drive creative excellence by establishing and maintaining standards for design and copy creative outputs, ensuring they deliver clear, engaging, on-brand experiences, and empowering your team to produce solutions that meet requirements, anticipate needs, and achieve business outcomes
  • Collaborate across functions: Partner with the Senior Sales + Data Analyst to direct creative solutions that achieve sales objectives; collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to evolve processes balancing creative needs with business timelines; work closely with the Product Owner to ensure design solutions exceed expectations and address complex scenarios
  • Serve as advocate and translator—championing your creative team's needs with leadership while ensuring your team understands and embraces business requirements
  • Master the product ecosystem by developing deep expertise across the digital product suite (public website, service purchase flow, customer account management platform, and mobile applications) to guide your team in creating cohesive, user-centered experiences
  • Navigate complexity with agility in a fast-paced environment, being deeply organized, flexible, self-starting, independently organized, and proactive as priorities and projects shift weekly
