Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site and remote maintenance, repair, and installation of complex equipment and systems.
  • Train customers on-site regarding basic operation and routine maintenance.
  • Maintain and manage local spare parts inventory.
  • Engage third-party vendors for on-site work and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer contracts and schedule preventive maintenance visits.
  • Complete and submit all service-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical and application support to customers.
  • Plan and implement measures to ensure system availability and manage spare parts logistics.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in a technical or scientific field (engineering, physics, electronics, etc.) or equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a technical service role, preferably with experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, and high-tech systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows software environments and MS Office applications.
  • High willingness to travel, primarily within the assigned service region, but also within Germany and occasionally internationally.
  • Valid driver's license Class B.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
